Biography —
Tony has a B.S. in Sociology and Psychology from Iowa State University and an M.A. in Sociology from KU. His current research is focused on understanding why some people hold certain political attitudes and others do not. In particular, he is interested in how certain social relationships impact political attitudes. Tony presented a paper with fellow graduate student Shane Willson at the 2013 Mid-West Sociological Society's annual meeting titled The Anatomy of Authoritarianism: Unforgettable Theory and Uninterpreted Data on recent theories of authoritarianism.
